Charmaine I don’t even know what to say! The food was phenomenal. We just sat and ate and made yummy noises and there were no words. It was just amazing. One of my sisters does not like vegetables and ate tons of those vegetables. Those samosas…lordy…just so so good. The salad, the potatoes, the beef, just everything!! So wonderful. Can’t thank you enough! I have leftovers today and I am not sharing hahahaha. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can’t wait for another reason to order from you comes up!! We will definitely be telling everyone about you. My mom was beyond thrilled with everything.

I planned a surprise birthday dinner for 4 for my wife. Charmaine was extremely flexible and understanding with numerous food restrictions and special requests. She was professional and personable. What I really noticed, was that she was absolutely silent when getting the food ready. We did not hear her at all and then the food magically and deliciously appeared. Every single morsel she brought out, and there were many, were delicious and they kept on coming. By the time we finished dinner (there was more than we could eat), she had the kitchen cleaned, dishes done and her items packed away to go. It was smooth, silent, painless and pleasurable. What could be better than celebrating 31 years of marital bliss? Well, for my husband and me who are both “fab-foodaholics”, it was a catered, candlelit, romantic dinner prepared and served by Purple Onion Cuisine. While many wives yearn for emeralds or rubies, it was the green and red in the Arugula and Frisee with Blood Orange, Candystripe Beets, and Blood Orange Vinaigrette starter that made me salivate. The main was comprised of Tenderloin of Beef Medallions with Green Peppercorn Sauce, Roasted Coloured Carrots and Parsnips, Savoy Cabbage with Double Smoked Bacon, Gratin of Jerusalem Artichokes, and Potato, Parsnip and Leek Mash. The crowning touch was an Amaretto Chocolate Torte which was almost as sweet as the marriage. The beauty of the evening was that neither of us had to be the Designated Driver, and we could both be Designated Lovers! It was an anniversary to remember. Thank you Purple Onion Cuisine!
